My name is Chef and Sommelier, I am from Singapore. I am a father of three and I work in the financial industry. I derive great pleasure in wining and dining and I spend my free time in experimenting recipes. My ambition is to open a restaurant or wine shop in order to pursue my interest and to make a living at the same time.
